Completely remodeled Gulf-front townhome, everything in this home is brand new. 2 Bedrooms, 3 full baths, Gulf-front townhome located within steps of the Gulf of Mexico. The first level features an open-concept living area with a full bath and a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living space, offering Gulf Views and access to the Gulf-front deck. The 2nd level features a master bedroom with an en-suite bath, providing access to a Gulf-front sundeck. Also on this level is a 2nd bedroom with a private bath and access to a loft. The home also features a full-size washer & dryer, cable TV, WiFi, fish cleaning station, and outside shower.

This home comes with everything you'll need. All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish, and bath soap.
